Pre-egg hunt :)

3-2-1-GO!

The students had an egg-cellent time today! 

This week we studied Fairy Tales.  After reading Rumpelstiltskin, students were asked to research their own name present their findings to the class.  They did a fantastic job!

Students wrote creative stories about what they would do if they had 3 wishes.

Field Trip to the Adventure Science Center

Our class had an AMAZING time at the Adventure Science Center today!  What a fantastic field trip!

Thanks to all the parent volunteers who made this exciting day possible!  :)

Field Trip Tomorrow!

Mrs. Cross' class is looking forward to our upcoming field trip to the Adventure Science Center.

April Events

We completed some writing from the prompt "The Day It Rained..."  We did this activity after reading 'Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs'.

The writing is attached to a real umbrella and suspended from the ceiling with fishing line.

Later we went outside to study the weather.  We recorded our findings in a weather booklet. 

We used the Weather Unit from Lakeshore.
